The Holy Bible-inspired by God,written by man.
God is the author of all Scripture (The Bible). He spoke at many times and in many ways to the prophets of old and had them record what He wanted revealed. At times He spoke directly, and at other times He breathed His very words out of them. Look what the Bible says:
"Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture (The Bible) came about by the prophet's own interpretation. For prophecy never had its origin in the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit." ( 2 Peter 1:20-21 )
... and ...
"All Scripture is God-breathed ..." (2 Timothy 3:16 )
